Personal data
Personal data is information about you. This includes your name, your address, and your email address. You do not need to disclose any personal data to visit our website. In some cases, we require your name and address, as well as other information, in order to provide you with the requested service.
The same applies if we provide you with information material upon request or if we respond to your inquiries. In these cases, we will always inform you accordingly. Furthermore, we only store the data that you have transmitted to us automatically or voluntarily.
When you use one of our services, we generally only collect the data necessary to provide that service to you. We may ask you for additional information, but providing it is voluntary. Whenever we process personal data, we do so to provide you with our service or to pursue our commercial objectives.
Contacting us
When you contact us (e.g., via contact form, email, telephone, or social media), the information provided by the inquiring person is processed to the extent necessary to respond to the contact request and any requested actions.

- Types of data processed: Inventory data (e.g., names, addresses), contact details (e.g., email, telephone numbers), content data (e.g., entries in online forms).
- Data subjects: Communication partners.
- Purposes of processing: Contact requests and communication.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract and pre-contractual inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Automatically stored data
Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes:
- Date and time of the request
- Name of the requested file
- Page from which the file was requested
- Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
- Web browser and operating system used
- Full IP address of the requesting computer
- Volume of data transferred
These data are not combined with other data sources. Processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.
For technical security reasons, particularly to prevent attempted attacks on our web server, we store this data for a short period. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about individual persons based on this data. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at the domain level, making it impossible to establish a link to an individual user. In anonymized form, the data is also processed for statistical purposes; it is not compared with other data sets or passed on to third parties, even in part. Only our server statistics, which we publish every two years in our activity report, include a summary of the number of page views.
Cookies
When you visit our websites, we may store information on your computer in the form of cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier for the cookie. It consists of a string of characters that allows websites and servers to be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited websites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other internet browsers that contain different cookies. A specific internet browser can be recognized and identified via the unique cookie ID.
By using session cookies, the controller can provide users of this website with a more user-friendly service that would not be possible without the use of cookies. Without consent, we only use technically necessary cookies based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We only use personal cookies to improve our website or for marketing/advertising purposes with your consent. During your first visit, you can voluntarily agree to tracking or analysis via the cookie banner displayed. Your data may be passed on to partners or third-party providers. can evaluate this data quantitatively, for example by analyzing which search terms led to our ads being displayed and how many ads resulted in clicks.
This service is used based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
There is also an adequacy decision from the European Commission for the USA, provided that companies are certified under the Data Privacy Framework program. Google is certified accordingly and therefore complies with the requirements of the EU Commission.

LinkedIn Insight Tag
This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag. The provider of this service is LinkedIn Ireland
Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to gain insights into our website visitors. If a visitor is registered on LinkedIn, we can analyze professional details such as their career level, company size, country, location, industry, and job title, allowing us to better tailor our site to specific target audiences. Furthermore, the LinkedIn Insight Tag enables us to measure whether visitors complete a purchase or another action (conversion tracking). This conversion tracking can also be performed across devices (e.g., from PC to tablet). The LinkedIn Insight Tag also offers a retargeting feature, which allows us to display targeted advertising to our website visitors outside of our website; according to LinkedIn, this does not involve identifying the individual being advertised to.
LinkedIn also collects log files (URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and
browser characteristics, and the time of access). IP addresses are truncated or, if used to reach LinkedIn members across devices, hashed (pseudonymized). Direct identifiers of LinkedIn members are deleted by LinkedIn after seven days. The remaining pseudonymized data is then deleted within 180 days.
As the website operator, we cannot associate the data collected by LinkedIn with specific individuals. LinkedIn stores the personal data collected from website visitors on its servers in the USA and uses it for its own advertising purposes. For details, please refer to LinkedIn's privacy policy at
https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy#choices-oblig.
The use of LinkedIn Insight is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in effective advertising, including social media. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g., device fingerprinting) as defined by the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
Data transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Details can be found here:
https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/dpa and
https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/eu-sccs.
For the USA, there is also an adequacy decision by the European Commission, provided that companies are certified under the Data Privacy Framework program. LinkedIn is certified accordingly and therefore complies with the requirements of the European Commission.
You can opt out of usage behavior analysis and targeted advertising by LinkedIn via the following link:
https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.
Furthermore, LinkedIn members can manage the use of their personal data for
advertising purposes in their account settings. To prevent LinkedIn from linking data
collected on our website to your LinkedIn account, you must log out of your LinkedIn account before visiting our website.
We have entered into a data processing agreement with the aforementioned provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
